How the numbers work
Hours count live transcription time in your sessions each month — listeners are never metered, so a full room costs the same as an empty one. Languages are how many different translations can run at the same time in one session — listeners each pick their own language, and the first ones chosen fill your plan's slots. When you reach your monthly cap, new sessions are blocked until your quota resets at the start of the next month; upgrade anytime if you need more.
